CRUCIAL NEW MEASURES IN PLACE THAT WILL CHANGE YOUR DAY.
Click and read all this link for a summary of all the essential minimum measures that must strictly be adhered to. If you are unable to meet these measures please either don't book or contact us to cancel. This is what we need to do to be able to run the track day for you.
Prior to arriving you must complete an online indemnity and briefing. Until this is completed online you are unable to start your day. An email link will be sent approx a week prior to your track day, then we'll send again a couple of days before for those booking late. The briefing can't be viewed until the day before your track day but please get the indemnity form done as soon as you receive the email with link. This info email will also contain a large amount of info for you to take onboard. Check your spam folder. If you have booked others then forward on the email.
For circuits with garages - There is a maximum of 1 car per 'garage side'. Garages are available to reserve in advance (except Bedford - all foc first come basis). The remainder are foc on arrival. Use all the paddock space.
Passengers must be from the same household or support bubble. Additional drivers are ok with the car being cleaned during swap over. There is a maximum of 2 additional drivers and 2 passengers per car. No spectators. An essential helper is ok. From the 4th July 1-2-1 in-car tuition (by our instructors or private hire ARDS instructors) will be permitted. Driver and instructor must have either a full face, visor-closed helmet, or open face helmet with a face mask. Private hire ARDS instructors must show their licence for checking. Passengers that are not providing professional instruction must continue to be from the same household (or support bubble) as the driver.
For dates with ARDS tests available: We are operating with reduced availability. At Brands and Oulton this will take place in our BMW M4 with paddle-shift. At Snetterton you will need to provide your own car with an H-pattern gearbox.
From Saturday 4th July overnight camping will be permitted at all venues (except Donington Park and Bedford Autodrome) the night before or the night between two consecutive track days. In line with the restriction on access to the venue, camping will only be permitted for staff, participants and essential helpers. Toilet facilities will be available overnight. Showering facilities will not be. Catering will continue to be a takeaway service with outside seating.
2M distance from everyone that is not from your household including our team. Consider the needs of others. Don't come if you are isolating/shielding/have the known symptoms etc.
A typical General Car Track day has an Open Pit Lane format enabling you to go out on the circuit as you choose. Your day will begin with new registration procedures, followed by sighting laps. Please pay special attention to the noise limit listed on your chosen event.
